It’s only been a couple weeks and Case is virtually completely potty trained. I am 100% proud. He has actually only had 3 or 4 accidents since starting and he is in big boy pants almost all day. In fact this boy has such tremendous bladder control he is able to stop peeing in mid stream and save a few drops for 15 minutes later and then 15 minutes later and then 15 minutes later in order to obtain, get this…..more potty candies! My boy is no dummy. He has figured out the system fast. The candy factor is still very exciting and every time Case goes to the bathroom he is so proud. I don’t want to squash his zest but really, 6 (+) times in a 3 hour period? This boy is milking the candy bucket dry thus leaving Cody and I are scratching our heads and trying to figure out how to wean him off the pez and m&m’s. Suggestions anyone?

That's one smart boy there. I like using stickers, and then maybe 10 stickers = something fun like candy, or small toy. Or maybe make it 20 stickers = something fun--maybe a movie night w/popcorn. Just throwing ideas out--- I HATE potty training, and we are getting ready to enter this phase again w/Gracie...& I'm dreading it.
