Okay here is where I stand at the gym. I am using this as a reference point for after the baby is born and I can get back at the gym. Right now I am running 3-4 miles at approx 5.8 mph or around 11 minute miles. I am doing 4 sets of 10 one legged raised box squats while holding a weighted bar over head. I can do 10 assisted pull ups with 25 lbs of help or 5 with 15. My goal has been and will continue to do an unassisted pull up or 10 one day. I am also doing 25 leg raise crunches with a ball between my legs in one set, then 15 and 10 for a total of 50. Weighted squats with 70 lbs on my shoulders. I weighed approx 110-113 lbs and was just under 19 % body fat. I'm scared about getting back into shape after the second baby is born. They say its harder the second time around.

Budding Artist
We have a little Picasso on our hands. Case has learned to love holding a crayon and deliberately make a mark. He is so cute because every time he sees the line he has drawn, a small satisfied “humph” comes out of his mouth. I have an entire notebook filled with pages of his artwork and we sent off the first round of ‘refrigerator art’ to the grandparents. Thank goodness for magic erasers and washable crayolas because the kitchen floor is a large canvas that simply calls out for drawing!

Tuckered Out
Case has been really active and playing hard these days. As you can see he was so tired the other day apparently sleeping on his face was comfortable. Now that’s one tired boy.
