For me, it depended on the pee to water ratio. Lots of water to a little bit of pee... nah. Little bit of water to a lot of pee... start over. But that's just me.
I actually asked our doctor this one time. She said urine is sterile anyway, plus, when a few tablespoons of pee is diluted in a bathtub of water, it is hard to justify draining and starting over.
